Introduction: In the literary scan, anorexigenic, neuroprotective, antihyperglycemic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiapopitotic, cardiovascular regulator and abdominal discharge with its delaying effects and the use in new areas of neuropeptide called nesphatin-1, the effect on the regeneration of the liver in the rats has not yet been studied. Objective: In our study, after experimental liver resection in rats, exogenous nesphatin-1 has been given, observing the histopathological and biochemical values that it will create in the liver, the effect of nesphatin-1 in regeneration that will occur. The purpose of the research is to explore the effects of exogenous nesphatin-1 on liver regeneration using the experimental liver resection model in rats.We believe that the discovery of the effects that the use of nesphatin, which is seen as a powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-apopitotic, will contribute to literature.Method: This experimental study of animal experiments was carried out at the University of Opium, after the approval of the local ethical council, in the animal research and application center.Five different groups of participants have received the following procedures accordingly.Group 1(n:8); after analgesia and anesthesia, the western was shaved and the western middle line was insured.Group 2(n:8); 70% of hepatectomy was administered and 1 ml of sf was given intraoperitoneally during the surgery and the bacterium was closed.24 hours expected group 3(n:8); 70% hepatectomy was administered and 1 ml sf was given intraoperitoneally during the surgery and the bacterium was closed.7 days expected group 4(n:8); 70% of hepatectomy was administered and 10 μg/kg of nesphatin-1 was given intraoperitoneally during the surgery and the bacterium was closed.24 hours expected group 5(n:8); 70% of hepatectomy was administered and 10 μg/kg of nesphatin-1 was given intraoperitoneally during the surgery and the bacterium was closed. The number of mythos expected for 7 days, the number of hyperchromic core cells and double core cells, in the liver tissue and serum Ki67 and PCNA antibodies and interlökin 6 levels were assessed by measuring proliferation markers and serum liver function tests.findings: Our study on these groups has shown that nesphatin-1 has a positive effect on hepatic regeneration after subtotal hepatectomy and has a meaningful relationship with an increase in asth and alph values in the early period.
