The phenomenon of migration originating from different demographic characteristics, income differences and changes in globally restructured economies is defined as individual and mass displacement tendency. Industrialization, involving the profit-motive from raw material and the time associated with developing technology, has an impact on migration movements within the scope of economic development. Innovation movements in the country should be addressed in order to take the increase in technology level place in the economy effectively. Countries that cannot produce technology, cannot transfer technology correctly, and cannot be involved in the production process slow down the growth process with technology poverty. Human capital is also an effective factor in the process of economic growth in the case of efficient use of production scales and potential. Human capital is effective both in increasing knowledge and assimilating acquired technology. Economic growth and development of countries, within the increase in prosperity, also affects the quality of life positively. Increasing competition with new products and service providers resulting from the transformation of economic resources into new production factors and the increase in productivity and employment through the use of technology creates entrepreneurship activities as an important factor in the economic growth and development of countries. Migration rates emerge less in economies that have sustainable economic development and create employment growth, In this context, entrepreneurship, information technology and migration phenomenon are examined with simultaneously panel data method.
