The research indicates that both human capital and physical capital play significant roles in enhancing organizational response to COVID-19. Human capital, in the form of health, knowledge, and skills of employees, improves the quality and quantity of response. Physical capital, such as buildings, equipment, and infrastructure, facilitates employee mobility, supports business continuity, and enhances safety measures. The study supports the idea that physical capital has a notable impact on organizational resilience during crises like the COVID-19 pandemic.
