In the study, the financial performance of the transport sector companies that are traded in the stock exchange in Istanbul has been assessed by the method of topsis. In addition, an application was made on the fabric, clothing and skin industries on the determination of financial performance by the topsis method. The impact of the covid-19 process on the financial statements of enterprises in the transport, storage and communication sector has been assessed. In logistics costs management, competitive strategies have addressed topics such as cost management, logistics performance index, logistics costs and logistics costs accounting.
