II. INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL PROCESS FROM PROJECT TO PRACTICE

Values Education research project is carried out in 3 secondary schools with 6th and 7th grades. It was carried out as part of an eTwinning project during the first semester of 2021/2022 academic year with 45 students. In recent years, values education has been included in the curriculum of all levels and it has been tried to be taught theoretically. These studies are of course very valuable. However, since the concepts in values education are abstract concepts, it is very difficult to explain them to children. For this reason, this research project used project based and learning by doing methods. The individual gains while living the values that will determine his personality, point of view, and the direction of his behavior in the future and will serve as the basic criteria for his recognition. Therefore, it is an educational problem in itself that the individual realizes certain values, produces new values, adopts them, and exhibits them with their behaviors by appropriating them. The main goal of the values education research project is to create values and raise individuals who changes their values into behavior. With the project, 6th and 7th grade Social Studies course gains aere as follows:; It is aimed to acquire skills such as critical thinking with values such as solidarity and benevolence, perceiving time and chronology, and to gain the ability to analyze the effect of social, cultural and historical ties on the development of the individual and the formation of social cohesion. One of the achievements of the Technology and Design course; Student tries to determine the methods and techniques he will use in his design, explains the design by drawing a picture, plans the construction stages of the design he makes, realizes the design by adhering to the planning he has determined.During the implementation of the project, 4 different activities and practices were carried out. Focus group, observation and questionnaire, which are qualitative data tools, were used to determine the level of achievement of the goals set in the research.
