Village rooms; These are the structures built by the village people in a cooperative way or by the wealthy people of the village in order to accommodate those who come to the village from afar without any charge, during periods when transportation opportunities are limited and passengers travel on foot or in vehicles pulled by animals. People such as guests, collectors, travelers, peddlers, blacksmiths, tinsmiths, blacksmiths and leather makers who came to the village used to stay here. Since these guests were accepted as guests of god by the village people, they took care to welcome the guest in the best way possible. Village rooms are important places of social solidarity as well as hospitality, which is one of the main features of Turkish culture. It is known that in the village rooms, which have a second function other than accommodation, the village people come together and chat some nights, various stories are told, cönks are sung, and folk dances are performed. Village rooms are social places where people gather, discuss their social and economic problems, and communicate news and information, from the times when mass media and transportation tools such as telephone, television, radio and car were not sufficient until recently. Village rooms are examples of folk art, which were built in a plain style when viewed from the outside, but with decorations inside. The decorations generally focus on ceiling cores, closets, built-in wardrobes, wooden ottomans.
