Summary 20 March 2019 maritime / acupunktur earthquake (mw=5.5) is the most effective earthquake in terms of destruction that has been seen in the last 10 years and around the sea, with a normal benefit of approximately kkb-ggd, which limits the acupunktur pool from the west. The depth of the earthquake, which is 10.76 km depth, has affected approximately 30,000 people and thousands of households, including the center of the district. This study reveals the relationship between the catastrophic impact area, the damage status-deformation relationship and the services performed in terms of catastrophic management. For this purpose, the deformation created by the earthquake catastrophe on the surface has been determined by an interferometric artificial radar (insar) technique and the structures and needs in the field of earthquake impact have been assessed by the map obtained by this way. When the sentinel-1b/a data pairs obtained immediately before and immediately after the earthquake from 17.03.2019 to 23.03.2019 are matched, the surface deformation corresponds to a position change of approximately 3 cm in the view direction of the radar (los-line of sight).Specifically in the villages where deformation was severely detected, 1625 tents and 268 living containers were distributed for temporary accommodation for houses damaged by the earthquake in the context of the catastrophic management work. This study demonstrates how much damage and need analysis in the villages supported has been assessed in terms of engineering technology. For this purpose, using the thematic maps created in the first week of the disaster, both technical and administrative incentives were provided to the work of healing after the disaster. The thematic maps were created as the "human deformation map" subtitles, and thus the deformation analysis and catastrophic management work were evaluated together in each neighborhood basis that was detected.abstract 20 March 2019 marine / acıpayam earthquake (mw = 5.5) is the most effective earthquake in the last 10 years in marine and its environs, which is caused by a normal fault which stretches from the west to the nnw-sse trending to the east.According to the record, the
