In the present day, the relationships between the communities are constantly changing.International relations are the opportunity for the establishment of new policies based on all socio-economic reasons, primarily the commercial sector.As Turkey opened to the world in the last [25][26][27][28][29][30] year, there is noticeable progress in its recognition in the economic, cultural and tourist fields.The opening of Turkey to the world in the economic area, especially the establishment of close relations with the Turkish culture and geography of the civilization, has also increased the interest of the communities living in this area in Turkey.This interest has also reflected in the field of education, and various institutions and organizations have played an active role in the determination and implementation of language-cultural policies.The recognition of Turkey on the international platform has made Turkey Turkish attractive.In the part of learning Turkish for various reasons, it has been found that what they learned Turkish culture, and what they learned, has been brought into behavior.In our previous studies in Kazakhstan, France, Syria and Iraq, students from the countries that are taught in the field of Turkish and Turkish science and students who come to Turkey to see university studies have been studied; generally in Turkology, especially in Turkey, the teaching of Turkish and its results have been found.The audience that saw Turkology and taught Turkish was seen to be the twentieth against Turkey.This study will focus on the opinions of students who study Turkology and Turkish in Urdin on Turkish culture, language and literature.The study was conducted in the 2016-2017 teaching period with the use of the visual scanning model.Keywords: Turkish, language behavior, language acquisition, culture abstract as required by the present conditions, relations between societies have been continuously changing.international relations lead to the determination of new policies based on all socio-economic reasons, the field of trade.especially with the globalization of Turkey in the last 25-30 years, there has been a significant process in the recognition of Turkey in economic, cultural, and tourist fields.Turkey’s expansion in the economic field and especially its close relations with Turkish cultures and civilizations all over the world have increased the interests of societies that have been living in these areas.This interest has also reflected on the field of education, and various organizations and institutions have played an active role in the determination and implementation of language-cultural policies.the recognition of Turkey in international platforms has made Turkey more attractive.It has been identified among the people who have learned Turkish for several reasons that they have also learned Turkish culture and turned them into behaviors.in our previous studies, studies were carried out with students who were in countries where education in the field of Turkish or turcology is available such as Kazakhstan, France, Syria, and Iraq, and with the students who came to Turkey for university education; some conclusions were reached in turcology in general, and in the teaching of Turkish and its results in specific.It was observed that people who received education of turcology or learned Turkish had kind thoughts about Turkey.The surveys that make up the basis of the study were implemented by Dr. Bağdagül Musa, chairman of the Department of Asian Languages at the University of Herald.We thank them.
