Snack products are high-caloric and unhealthy products in terms of the nutrients they contain. For this reason, the goal of the study was to create healthy, gluten-free snacks. To achieve this, a variety of seaweed formulations have been used to create gluten-free and healthful snacks. Snacks produced from algae in the study will be a good alternative for celiac patients who want to consume healthy snacks especially because they are gluten-free. Besides, these healthy snacks containing seaweed can be consumed and preferred among all age groups not only for celiac patients due to their gluten-free nature but also because they are beneficial to human health. In light of the above sentences for this purpose, gluten-free snacks containing seaweed have been produced in different formulations that may be an alternative for celiac patients.
