634 The views of the school administrators on the problems faced in the education of Syrian refugee Students The main objective of this research is to determine the views of school administrators on the problems experienced in the education of Syrian refugee children and the possible remedies for these problems. In order to achieve this purpose, a qualitative research has been carried out in phenomenological design. The universe of the study constitutes the administrators of the schools where the Syrian refugee children study in Kahramanmaraş. The working sample of the research, which is determined by purposive sampling, consists of school administrators serving as principals, chief principals and vice principals in the schools where children of Syrian refugees study in Kahramanmaraş, Pazarcık. A semi-structured interview form consisting of two parts was developed by taking expert opinions for the purpose of gathering data in the research. In the first part, there are questions aiming to determine the demographic information of the participating school administrators. In the second part of the interview form, there are open -ended questions aiming to reveal the opinions of school administrators serving as principals, chief principals and vice principals in schools where Syrian refugees' children study about the problems in educating them and about solution proposals to the problems encountered by basing on their observations and experiences. The data obtained in the research were analyzed by content-analysis technique. Within the scope of the research, while the problems encountered in the schools where Syrian refugee students study are in the education and training, economic situation, and human relations themes, solution proposals for the problems encountered in these schools are only in education and training themes.
