The advances in the field of technology lead to a decrease in the importance of old professions and the emergence of new professions over time.Societies that are not ready for this change are disappointed in this situation, and individuals are afraid that they will remain insufficient and unnecessary. The non-compatibility of the qualifications of employees in the business market with the qualifications required for existing professions is defined as "quality disagreement" in a project carried out by the European Commission (cedefop, 2014, p.A variety of educational methods should be developed in order to prepare society for this change and to meet the needs of new professions.Educational education, which is being developed from this need, is an educational tool that prepares them for the future professions by giving children of primary and primary school the algorithmic thinking skills that form the basis of programming. In the design, application and feedback processes of the education that is currently being developed, cooperation is being carried out with primary schools and primary schools, the development processes include children, teachers and school managers. The project development stages are carried out by placing children in the center of the design process, trying to look from their eyes and understanding their needs. The aim is to include everyone involved in the product development process, with practices that encourage collective creativity, to present an effective project that meets the needs. The objectives of the project include providing children with collaboration, physical movement and algorithmic thinking skills in classroom. The game mechanics are designed to encourage students to be a team player, not a race in the classroom. In addition, the focus is on methods that promote physical activity in order to prevent immobility, which is one of the negative effects of technology on children. The eduvision is developed in a way that supports physical play parts, physical space and virtual environment integrations and children to move in the physical environment. In this report, the design of a digital game developed for educational purposes for children and the implementation processes of this design were revealed, the solutions developed to the emerging problems were presented and the information on how students and teachers participated in the design process. As a result of the study, it has been shown that the development of self-esteem in the student group has progressed in a positive direction, developing the skills of self-expression within the classroom. The development of algorithmic thinking skills has been shown to be different among the participants and the same result has been given by the students who showed low skills development in repetitive applications with the same participants. Keywords: steam; coaching training; algorithmic thinking skills; training technologies.
