In Turkey, one of the 51 founding countries of the United Nations, the concept of rights has been a question that has been controversial for many years and has not been a solution for many years.The foundations of the modern law system were thrown in the mid-1800s when the Ottoman state ruled and several years after its establishment in 1923 passed into the current law system, Turkey is one of the countries that has not been able to catch stability in political life for years, and that has not been able to build social justice healthy.The note that Turkey has received in all human rights studies carried out around the world for 20 years is also a confirmation of this situation.The number of people using new communication channels that have emerged recently in Turkey, which is rapidly adapting to the developing communication technologies, has seen a remarkable increase – especially in the young population.The people and organizations who want to communicate the voice of this situation will be able to address this area.Bianet, founded in 2001 by the IPS Communications Foundation, aims to create awareness of human rights in Turkey with the development it has experienced in recent years, communicating events that do not reflect the mainstream media and creating the public with the Kurdish and the English language options to announce its voice to more people.The bianet, which aims to contribute to the spread of the understanding of right-oriented communications, contributes to the defense of human rights in Turkey.Keywords: alternative media, right, bianet new media work.The National Congress Law Communications 175 methods have been used in our research two different methods of research.The first method is defined by the description method, and the second method is applied to the web page of the web page content analysis.Imaging research includes a method of generalization based on a group that is believed to represent the universe.Such research tries to explain what objects, assets, institutions and various fields are "what" (Captain, 1995).How much is the media dedicated to the great role in the formation of social peace, well-being, ideal social environment, how much is it capable of fulfilling its task today?What results are the words of the media organs in the traditional or new media environment, the language they use today?Which of these agencies are committed to the responsibility of the publication?The newly published bianet (bianet.org) is a human rights-focused news that has emerged from these problems.The journalism consciousness and ethical principles of the site have been addressed with a view to human rights.Alternative media is very important for the healthy processing of democracies because it performs the functions of creating the public and controlling the powers on behalf of the society.The media has emerged in the name of informing the people correctly and thereby creating the public, and the goals of the media have also changed, along with the world conditions that are very rapidly changing as a result of globalization and neoliberal policies.With the influence of the change of the capitalist system and the market conditions, the media began to operate as a commercial enterprise.The purpose of the business is to maximize its profits.Therefore, the media has also changed the business identity with the changing conditions and has only aimed at maximizing its profits.In order to keep the media standing, they will try to increase their profits.But the main objective of the media is to provide information, to create, awareness and to guide the public in economic, political and cultural events, and never to be considered behind the profit phenomenon.These are the main objectives without the media.In the last few years, the new media industry has been developing.The national congress is considered to be the right to communicate."The information university has dismissed his academic for the reason of 'insulting the president'"
