We investigate a specific class of obstacle problems within variable exponent and demonstrate the existence and uniqueness of a weak solution using Young measure theory alongside a theorem by Kinderlehrer and Stampacchia. Given that our operator does not possess the required monotonicity property for the proof, we introduce an alternative condition to address this issue.
