In the Official Gazette dated 15 June 2022 and numbered 31867, the “Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Investigation of Healthcare Professionals Due to Medical Procedures and Practices and the Recourse of the Compensation Paid by the Administration” was published by the Ministry of Health. In this study, how the procedure will be in investigations and lawsuits carried out with the claim of medical malpractice about health professionals, its effect on ongoing lawsuits, The conditions under which recourse lawsuits can be filed in the criminal process for health rekmektedir.
