Jewel is a general name given to precious stones such as gold, diamond, ruby, agate, which are generally used as ornaments, and it has been suggested that these stones also have many medical benefits and some even have antidote properties. Many works or articles have been written about these stones, which are also called jewels, gems, and cinders, and the virtues and superiorities they show in various aspects have been expressed. In one verse, it is stated that: “Jewels do not lose their value and worth by falling to the ground,” and that the presence of these stones on the ground, i.e. in soil, cannot reduce their value and worth. The subject of this notification is such a work, and in addition to the benefits these stones carry, the superiorities they show in various aspects have been explained in a fluent language. In this poem, which was recorded as a type of information in the middle pages of a manuscript and whose author is unknown, twelve stones, including the above-mentioned precious stones, were explained using literary arts, and the benefits gained by carrying them and applying them to the body were explained. It is also noteworthy that these stones are limited to the number twelve, and it should be kept in mind that this number has a special meaning in many subjects in the Islamic world and is considered and interpreted together with many other numerical elements. As far as we know, this work, which is being introduced for the first time, will be presented to attention by being examined analytically in this paper.
