The historical acceleration of technology has followed a different course, especially before and after the 2000s. The leap forward, which generally took place in 10-year periods until the 2000s, accelerated after the 2000s. The evolutionary process, especially in the field of informatics, is dizzying when the cognitive capabilities of artificial intelligence are taken as a reference point. Although the development in information technologies and the parallel increase in accessibility have created many dynamics that facilitate human life, it has also brought along some important problems arising from its very existence.Perhaps the most important of these problems is cyber security, which has emerged with the introduction of the Internet into every aspect of life and the increase in bandwidth and wi-fi speeds. This study deals with the reflections of the concepts of cyber warfare and cyber crime in cinema. Today, technology, internet and related applications are developing rapidly. The organizations that develop these technologies and applications keep the countries and people who use them under control. In the 21st century, one of the biggest struggles between countries and societies will be related to cyber warfare and crimes in the digital world. As of 19.09.2024, Israel's cyber attack on Lebanon has determined the war model of the new world, which has increased the level of anxiety of societies in terms of the use of technology but has not created a surprising and universal shock effect. The most important reason for this is that these concepts are embedded in the collective unconscious of societies through cinema. Many different topics such as the human-technology struggle, one country's infiltration of another country's computer system to affect the social, economic and political structure of that country, hacking, security problems, decommissioning, social engineering, sending problematic software, spamming and processes that cause a country's security vulnerability have found a place in cinema. With the presence of computer technology and the Internet in the world, Hollywood has given importance to these themes and many movies have been made. In this study, the reflections of the concepts of cyber warfare and cyber crime will be examined in the context of the films Wargames (1983, John Bedham), Eagle Eye (2008, D.J. Caruso) and The Net (1995, Irwin Winkler).
